Please contact us with your issue before sending the return. If the product is faulty simply email us a photo and description of the fault to hello@algelato.net.

All orders must be returned in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 21 days of your order date.

We do not offer a free returns policy.

Once your returned order arrives with us we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges on items. 

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
